Your adventure, our agreement
These terms cover the Zuvopa app, its account features and its early learning adventure experience, Beyond Earth. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Zuvopa is in development. Available features may change, and descriptions of future worlds or capabilities are not a promise that those features are currently available.
Who can join
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you have not reached the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, ask your parent or guardian to review them with you and give any permission required by local law.
Do not create an account if you are under 13. The current app does not provide accounts for younger children or a parental-consent process for them.
Protect your explorer account
Use an email address you control, verify it, and choose a unique password. Keep passwords, email links and verification codes private. You are responsible for your account use, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
You may use an explorer nickname instead of your real name. Do not impersonate another person or put private information in your nickname. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, use account recovery and contact us.
Explore with care
Use Zuvopa for lawful learning and play. Do not harass others, upload unlawful material, exploit vulnerabilities, access someone else’s account, bypass access controls or disrupt the service with automated traffic.
If you find a security problem, report it privately using the contact below. Do not access other players’ information to demonstrate it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you.
Learning and progress
Onboarding questions help suggest a starting point. A placement is provisional; it is not an official exam result, school grade, qualification or guarantee of mastery. Educational content may contain mistakes. Ask a teacher or another reliable source when you need to check a result.
Follow real-world safety guidance. Fictional missions and simulations are not instructions for operating equipment, conducting hazardous experiments or making safety-critical decisions.
Content and your choices
Zuvopa and its licensors retain rights in the app, artwork, characters, software and educational content. We give you permission to use the available service for personal learning and play while you follow these terms. Do not redistribute or commercially resell our content without permission, except as permitted by law.
You keep any rights you have in information you submit. You allow us to process your account details, explorer choices and answers as needed to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your personal information.
Early access and availability
The current account and onboarding experience is offered without a subscription charge. Creating an account does not authorize a future payment. Any paid feature would need separate pricing and your agreement before a charge.
We aim to keep Zuvopa working, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or permanent availability of early features. Maintenance, failures or development changes can affect saved progress. We will try to give notice of significant changes when practical.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this developing service is provided as available. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Leaving or losing access
You can stop using Zuvopa at any time and request account deletion through the contact below. Account deletion is currently handled by the team; there is no self-service deletion button in this version. We may verify account ownership before acting.
We may restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse, a security risk or a legal obligation. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and give you a way to ask for a review. Urgent action may be necessary before notice can be given.
Changes to these terms
We will publish revised terms here with an updated date and version. For material changes affecting existing accounts, we will provide appropriate notice and request a fresh agreement where required. If you do not accept a change, you can stop using the service and contact us about your account.

For account help, privacy requests, deletion requests or questions about these terms, email support@zuvopa.com. Use your account email when possible. We may ask for reasonable proof of ownership; never send your password or verification codes.
